A One Plus One Consultation with Jane via email entitles you to send 1 email to Jane to ask an etiquette or manners related question that Jane will answer via email. This also entitles you to 1 follow up or clarification email.

The email you send should be no more than 300 words.

Our commitment is to respond in 24 hours. Our response will provide guidance in a clear, concise and easy to understand manner.

You should send your email to Just Email Jane! and include your payment reference which will allow us to keep track of each transaction.

We would prefer to communicate with you via one email address throughout the duration of the transaction. If you change email addresses during the transaction service period, please describe this and ensure that you include the original Payment Transaction Number with the transaction.
